The problems related to the previous Web page derives from a System of Injustice known to protect itself and its members to ensure the System stays alive and despite refusing to administer justice. The Systems being referred to is the California Bar and the California Commission on Judicial Performance. As an example, we present exhibits A and B. Exhibit A is the diagnosis related to a complaint submission to the California Bar notifying them that Licensed Attorney James Aurthur Judge has a serious Mental condition known as Bipolar. In Medical reality Bipolar is a form of Schizophrenia. Exhibit B is Attorney James Judge admission that he has had a Serious Congenital Brain condition from birth. Exhibit C is the Response from the California Bar after the above was provided to the California Bar for Investigation. We can see there nothing providing safety for the California Public was ever done. All of the above was also reported to both the California Bar and the California Commission on Judicial Performance. Again we can see nothing providing safety for the California Public was ever done This is not the only problem with these two entities. The Second involves an investigation into how a Defense Attorney name Jered Taylor Ede was allowed by Judge Jacqueline Stern and her Clerk Michael Garland allowed a Defendant Attorney change a Plaintiffs Defendant from Bank of America to Deutsche Bank. This was done to allow Bank of America to escape liability. Exhibit D verifies this was reported to the San Diego Sheriff who Investigated the above and found the Judge and her Clerk knew of the illegal act. No Plaintiff Attorney would ever consent to a Judge her clerk and a Defendant Attorney changing an aspect of their complaint. Exhibit E shows we have turnover a Second Judge named Cynthia Freeland for doing the same thing as Stern and exhibit F shows the same old typical Response from the Commission on Judicial Performance. Exhibit G contains some of the foolish responses from these two supposedly guardians of Justice who are only guardians of their Jobs and the System they protect. We know the Judges are dishonest because they are lawyer before they become Judges and the Bar does nothing to stop the mayhem.
